Do you like to strengthen and stretch your legs BEFORE going for a run? I do! Follow along with my routine in this video :)

I really love taking my dog for a walk in the late afternoon / early evening, when the sun is glowing from beneath the tree lines rather than shining overhead. I walk where there are hills, so it's more like a "city hike" and sometimes I run. 

It feels right for my body, mind, and spirit. 

Well, I made this Yoga For Runners video to fulfill a request from a yoga-friend-patron. The sequence that I teach and demo in this video will energize your muscles and stabilize your joints so you will have optimal range of motion and alignment to move with agility, power, and grace.

Focus is on #1 your hips (flexion and extension) #2 your hamstrings (strength and flexibility) #3 balancing your shoulders and chest, #4 decompressing your spine.

~ ON A PERSONAL NOTE ~ my summer Airbnb adventure lead me to a new habitat..... this cottage where I decided to stay for a while. And by "for a while" I mean, I'm moving in! Over the next several weeks you'll see this room transform into a glorious yoga set.
