Daylight Savings, we begin! This morning I woke up, unrolled my yoga mat, and stepped on! After making a delicious cup of French press coffee and going for a brisk yet leisurely walk with the dog, of course. Spring is already starting to bring warm toasty temperatures to the mornings but today there was a nice cool breeze.

I’ve been going through some stuff lately. Literally, like organizing my closet. It would be a good thing but I’ve also been going through other things like pints of ice cream. Oops! I mean, just maybe one or two pints TOTAL. Not a TON. But still... It sure does feel good to have my yoga practice to make me feel good and stable and agile and strong! Ice cream binges, be gone!

Sunday Morning (Daylight Savings)

Here is the Sun Flow I filmed on the first morning of daylight savings, "Spring Forward," while listening to a fun Jazz playlist on my Spotify. In this video, MY favorite part of the practice is planting my forehead onto my shin in Pyramid while drawing my arms back and balancing with my hands clasped over my back! It was exhilarating, and the feeling continued through Side Plank variations which lead to a surrender back in Child's Pose and a plunge forward into Chaturanga Vinyasa. Hopefully this video inspires some strength, agility, and grace in you! I know it did for me :)
