This is a very very pleasant surprise. Gojo swag is unmatched. I can’t lie that I’m very bummed and sad about Nicole and Parker no longer being around for reactions. They brought a great energy and thoughts to the reactions. But I’m very happy and proud of their growth and progress. I hope this new opportunities are highly fruitful for them.

The reason the old man was cocky when going up against Geto, is because traditionally. Shikigami users aren’t know for their prowess in close quarters combat, and while Geto is isn’t a Shikigami user, he uses a similar technique. They prefer to keep their distance. He underestimated Geto’s efficiency in martial arts and got punished accordingly. Megumi is another Shikigami user who doesn’t mind getting up close and personal with his opponent. Sukuna commented and praised Megumi for this quality in S1.

Yes Danny!! Thank you for being the first reactor I have seen that noticed that yes, Gojo did get hit. This is important to remember because it does play a role later. Plus when he was explaining his ability he pretty much told the audience the hassle his ability really is.

Takehito Koyasu (Daddy Fushiguro, Dio, Zeke) has played good guys before. He's Papa Shirogane in "Kaguya-sama" (although that doesn't even have good vs evil), the Uncle in "Uncle From Another World," Sarutobi Sasuke in "Sengoku BASARA," and Adam Blade in "Needless." But yeah, he does play a lot of antagonists for sure. XD
