Re:Zero is still what I am suggesting for you. Season 3 will hit on january 2024, so if you start now you will be able to be ready for that.

Unless it happened this week, I don't think the S3 release date has been confirmed yet. The trailer got me hyped, so I'd love to be proven wrong. I hope they'll react to Re:Zero someday, but it all depends on how the community votes.

You are correct on speculation for that january, but usually if you release trailer for anime that means it's season will come out in less than a year so it's highly likely that Winter 2024 season will be it's release.
