I think flect was a really interesting villain which sucks that he was kinda wasted for a movie . And while I agree with deku that his plan was a nuclear one , I think it’s pretty fucked up for deku to say he gave up and he just had to try harder even after he said he couldn’t even kill himself when the first thing to break his quirk was literally one of the 2 most powerful quirks on the planet (AFO and OFA) . I don’t think AFO could even take his quirk because he needs to make contact which would be repealed . While yes it is a little tropey that the way to beat him was just to hit him harder I do like it because it brings on of the basic rules of this world , that all quirks have a limit . Like Bakugo said during the sports festive “you run too much and you get tired”

The doomsday theory is more or less confirmed already. Quirks will in fact cause the entirety of the world to collapse on itself at some point because the quirks will evolve and become too strong for people to control. We saw when they were babysitting the kids, those kids had much stronger quirks than all of Class A. Instead of killing people with quirks I think something like what overhaul was creating would be better, just erase the quirks, not the people. Of course without torturing Eri ): They will need to come up with a solution to this problem some time in the far future that we will most likely not get to see because itd would prove villains like Overhaul and Flect right. They are right about their ideas but just went ahead and did them in such a horrible way. One was trying to kill and the other was torturing an innocent child to use her quirk.
