"So, this is where you can stay." I gesture to a large mansion in front of me.

"Wooooah." A small boy gasps as he tugs on the arm of a man who lets out a quiet sigh as he looks over to Calamitas.

The girl shoots him a sad smile and nods.

"Well, this is certainly more than we had before." The man mutters. "Certainly safer from what I can feel."

"I've given you quite a lot of the land around here as well. You can do practically whatever you want here... as long as it doesn't affect the Abyss at large."

The man nods his head. "I never got around to it... but thank you for saving my family."

"Oh, it was no big deal, really. I'm happy to help... and I hope you enjoy your new life here." I say with a kind smile, I'm not above being courteous when things are really going my way.

"It'll be more peaceful than our old home." The woman with long silky hair beside him whispers as she looks across the landscape.

I had managed to talk the family of super powered... Oni? Are they Oni?

I'm not entirely sure. They have a strange skin color and horns, so uh... demons?

I had managed to talk the family of super powered dark mages into leaving the world of Terraria behind entirely and live within Remnant's supernatural hub, the Abyss. They are certainly a powerful piece to have in my back pocket if war potentially breaks out. Four beings with powers comparable to dragon kings... making them easily within the top one hundred strongest in the entire DXD world. I might be able to convince them to fight for our race, as Calamitas might be hurt...

The biggest boon would be Calamitas herself...

Decidedly the fourth strongest being in the entirety of DXD... sitting behind Ophis herself.

Ajuka is going to freak out~

"I'll let you get settled in. I'll be back for you tomorrow, Calamitas, you can meet the rest of my peerage... then I'll take you back here while I train the others. Your strength is at a point where, really, you don't need the hellish training I'm giving to the others... you can just sit back and relax. You certainly deserve it after what you have been through." I announce as I turn and slowly walk away from the five superpowered individuals, offering a wave over my shoulder.

"Bye bye devil guy!" The youngest grins. "Thanks for the house!"

"It was my pleasure, Cataclysm." I smile as I continue on, a rift in the world opening before me as I step through it, teleporting myself roughly twelve hundred feet down the snaking path.

Calamitas is my knight now...

Ordinarily someone of that strength would take both of my mutated knights for a total of about forty eight pawns, but... I cheated.

I boosted up my strength to its highest point, then I was able to barely reincarnate her with just one.

One piece remains... and I think I know who I want to use it on. But I'll need to cross dimensions to a fourth world to grab her... and her sister as I don't think she'll want to leave her behind.

There's an easy way to nab her and trash the world, however.

Temporary Dimension Connection: 1 day (5000 Electrum)
You forge a connection to a world, or a parallel universe of a world for 24 hours. If you are still in said universe after the time is up, you are forcibly teleported to a world you have previously resided in and that world is permanently deleted from your list of connected worlds. Items you steal from said world are yours to keep. Anything left in the world as you lose connection, is permanently (Until you pay to go back) lost.

I'd just to have to purchase this.

Technically speaking, with this I could have realistically had an entire army of Neo Politan in my peerage merely by going to AU's of Rwby. This is the canon Neo. This is Neo, except she went to Beacon with the main cast, this is Neo, except she is actually a demon. This is the Neo who has somehow become the leader of the Atlesian government despite her age, this Neo is actually a spirit that resided in a 'Fifth Relic'.

So much potential.

Shame.

Technically speaking I could have also done this for Dxd and gathered an army of Red Dragon Empresses and really just gave Vali an aneurism.

I will grab knight two after the rating game season is over. She would probably be cautious of me because of my race due to her home, tossing her into hellish training immediately after reincarnation would just cause her to not like me very much.

"Gaius?" A voice echoes out through my workshop as I bring a mallet down on the blade sitting upon the anvil.

I glance over my shoulder with a small smile. "Good, Ajuka."

"You said there was something vitally important you wanted to tell me?" The man mutters, eyes straying over the forge, seemingly glowing for a moment. "Wait... what are you doing here? Those aren't any materials I have seen before."

"I found world three." I announce.

The green suited super devil is silent for a moment. "What?"

"World three. Ajuka. I found it." I repeat as I return to hammering the blade.

"I see... I suppose that explains the materials you are currently using." The man mutters.

"I've also deemed this world far too dangerous for people to enter whenever the hell they want." I announce as I return to slamming my hammer on the metal below.

"Oh?" The man questions.

"There are simultaneously beings which make you and Sirzechs look weak in comparison, whilst also having numerous plagues and catastrophes across the entire planet. Zombies roam the world at night, as do flying eyeballs the size of your head. There is a microbe slowly turning everything it reaches into a tainted zombified mess... luckily I am too strong for it to work on me, but if any roughly medium class devil went there, they would be turned fairly quickly. This microbe is so vile, that I've had to take expert care to clean myself and whatever I brought back just so it doesn't spread to this world."

"Is it truly that bad?" The man mutters.

"The abyss has five new residents today... one, my mutant knight piece, and the four others her family. They are each practitioners of dark magic, but instead of the true vile rituals those people normally do, they live in peace, pushing the limits of dark magic, without succumbing to it." I announce as I slowly lift the blade I am working on, it has a handle similar to a saber, yet the blade appears crystalline and prismatic, like I had trapped a rainbow in crystal and grafted it to the hilt. "Every single one of them... even the eight-year-old child... has power comparable to a dragon king..."

I look back to Ajuka with a serious expression. "And every single one of them... barring my new knight... was slaughtered in that world."

His eyes widen. "Wh- that is- does that level of strength truly exist?!"

"I don't know the details of their death, they could have been sneak attacked, maybe the youngest was held hostage, who knows... what I do know, is that my knight herself is a horrifying existence. A prodigy like no other. At a mere sixteen years old... she has surpassed the strength of the rest of her family... and has catapulted herself well within the ranges of a heavenly dragon."

"A heavenly dragon?!"

"Yep." I nod as the blade in my hand rapidly cools.

*Crack*

A large crack crosses the prism-like blade as I flinch.

"Son of a-"

I let out a long sigh as I wipe a hand over my forehead. 'ah well, seems like I couldn’t skip over this part... shame.'

Fractured Ark:
A failed experiment, but you have certainly learned something. The Ark of your dreams needs far more durable materials to be crafted. However, even if this is a 'failure' it is quite durable. The cracks are superficial at worst, so even in its damaged state it can take quite a pounding.
Parrying Weapon: When the wielder of the Fractured Arc successfully parries an attack, they temporarily supercharge the blade, allowing it to access more of the power that is not normally achievable by the fractured blade.
The next 10 attacks will deal 75% more damage, and the blade with unleash prismatic blasts of power when swung, each dealing 80% of the blade's increased damage.
Hardness 22
Health 82
Damage 4d8+20+Str*2.5
Supercharged Damage: 7d8+35+Str*3
Blade Beam Damage: 5d8+28+Str*2.5

I let out a low click.

The first part of the Ark half of the Ark of the Cosmos... it never made sense why anyone would ever forge a 'fractured' blade, but it looks like it couldn't contain its own power. I'll need to get some more stronger materials to fix it... the same will probably happen to the Biome Blade I'm about to begin crafting.

"Anyways, as I was saying, the world's got some resources we've never seen before, there's harpies, dwarves, orcs, humans, lizard people, merfolk, lamia, it's certainly an interesting world, but an incredibly dangerous one which I will never officially connect to any of my other ones. I'd like to keep it a strictly resource world, and to give everything coming out extreme scrutiny... I mean, the microbe is one issue, the expanding mound of oozing flesh is another."

"Fucking nightmare world." I scoff with a small headshake. "A nightmare of a world, yet... one with incredible potential."

I spin the Fractured Ark on one finger as I smirk up at it. "Just wanted to let you know so you weren't caught off guard the next time you go to Remnant... and please don't bother them. I'll introduce you eventually, but at the moment they are certainly- and understandably- wound up? Four of them did just die after all."

"Understandable." The man slowly nods. "But... a heavenly dragon... are you sure?"

"Yes. Yes, I am. I'm probably going to be winning this next rating game season." I announce with a bright smile.

**Linebreak**

There has been a fair amount of monotony in my days leading up to our big first battle within the rating game scene.

Train peerage, go to terraria to collect materials, go home, forge. Repeat.

It's been like that for the past three weeks.

And let me just say, making the ark of the cosmos is certainly harder than expected.

So many materials that were just... annoying... to grab.

The first issue was upgrading the biome blade- which snapped the second I tried to attune it to the underworld- with souls, pixie dust, and star dust.

The last little bit honestly horrified me a little bit, as it meant I had to go to the astral infection, which is basically super corruption that can infect even machines... but then I had a startling realization. The Astral Infection was caused by a titanic cosmic worm's death as it was being consumed by a space rending worm called 'the devourer of gods' who burrowed into the larger worm and literally ate it from the inside out. Its blood would have tainted the land, allowing the infection to slowly grow over hundreds of years, eventually blooming another 'Astral God' from the infected planet.

But, seeing as how I am in the past, the astral infection doesn't exist, as the Astrum Deus, the space worm, hasn't died... nor has the Devourer of Gods really become a serious threat quite yet.

Anyways, infusing the blade with one soul of sight, one soul of Might, and one soul of Fright was quite easy... as was the pixie dust thing... as my hot fairy girlfriend just sort of shook her butterfly wings over the blade, the last aspect, stardust, was simply solved by breaking down fallen stars.

Star dust can be turned into fallen stars in the game, so why can't I simply break it down in real life?

So I simply did that and made a biome blade that was sustainable.

Its regular non-attuned form was merely comparable to the Fractured Ark, sort of understandable, as the Ark half of the Ark of the cosmos merely has three parts to the Cosmos' four.

Fractured Ark, Ark of the Ancients, Ark of the Elements, then the Ark of the Cosmos.

Then for the biome blade, you have Broken Biome Blade, Biome Blade, True Biome Blade, Galaxia and finally the Ark of the Cosmos.

The completed biome blade had one advantage over the fractured ark, however...

Its damage increases exponentially while being attuned to a certain 'biome' such as underwater, grassland, desert, jungle, snowy areas, and even the underworld.

A grassland attunement doesn't really improve the blade all that much, it just grants it the ability to unleash sword beams, the desert conjures a bunch of spinning blade clones that create large craters when they strike the ground, creating tremendous recoil which can propel the wielder in the opposite direction, the jungle causes vines to wrap around my wrist and the handle of the blade, turning the sword into a massive bladed whip. Snow extends the blade considerably with frozen energy and causes it to deal more damage, and underwater, perhaps the greatest attunement as it increases the blade's damage nearly five fold, allowing the wielder to conjure sharp waves of water that flow along the ground.

Following that, my next goals became... annoying...

I personally decided that I realistically didn't need all that much help so I decided to begin crafting something that would help the weakest of my peerage, Irina. Days passed, the time of my first ever rating game was fast approaching, and it'll certainly be a difficult one, but I finally collected all of the pieces I require to create a gift for the strawberry blonde.

Ah, speaking on rating games, our first may cause certain waves through the underworld as everyone from here to Lucifaad simultaneously question 'who the fuck is this guy' as I, a random lord out of the public eye, shows up and roughly shoves my way into the top ten...

Tannin.

We have to fight Tannin in round one.

The ultimate class, ex-dragon king who was reincarnated with a queen piece.

It could certainly be worse. Tannin's biggest weakness is his small peerage. With my larger peerage, each of whom is fairly impressive all things considered. We won't be losing this fight.

Especially with Calamitas as a last resort.

I can already feel the sleazy looks and bribes of weaklings trying to find their way into my good graces. I'll probably get numerous peerage trade requests due to my incredibly hot- and powerful- peerage... that'll certainly be annoying.

Another annoying part is how badly these 'random' brackets are rigged. Roygun is in the first half, and Diehauser is in the second half... my half.

Almost all of Diehauser's foes are those not supported by the great king faction, all of whom are immediately thrown to the biggest wolf in the woods to grant them the least number of fights in the tournament. His first round is against the rank seven, the highest ranked reincarnated devil, his next, against Ruval Phenex's rank five. Hell, my backet is merely a vehicle to get Tannin up to the rank three position so he can lose flashily against the third place Abbadon and make the guy- and by extension the great king faction- look better...

I face Diehauser in round four of this seven round tournament.

The king of rating games will be dethroned in round four.

I sigh and shake my head as I step into my forge.

With a flash a weapon clanks roughly on the anvil.

It is a slightly curved single-edged sword, but that is unimportant, really, the thing that draws the most attention is the fucking white cat head on the handguard, it looks eerily realistic, it even blinks every now and then and lets out a loud meow as the blade is swung... where it will then shoot out floating cat heads that trail rainbows.

It is a genuine fucking joke.

But regretfully I need this joke.

Regretfully.

As it was the sole item that required THE most work out of like, almost any other item required for this little thing I'm crafting.

I run a hand across my face and let out a long sigh.

The thing I'm making isn't even all that impressive! I was just planning on using it as a base for a sacred gear!

So, I took a trip to the moon- sounds fucking inane and insane, right?- anyways, I go to the fucking MOON, and lo and behold, there's some big green tentacled fuck just lounging around, no eyes, no brain, lower half entirely torn off, I of course sort of sit there for a moment understandably wondering 'what the fuck is that'... then it fucking looks at me.

This gross green humanoid torso being, with floppy arms and a floppy head- as their fucking bones had been torn out- looks at me.

I, being a little unsettled by the creature, and as red glowing lights begin appearing in its empty eye sockets, blast a hole through its chest with a hellfire ray, it shrieks and skuttles away, all is fine and dandy.

Then it hits me.

Holy fuck. That's Cthulhu.

The final boss of original terraria, eventually transformed into the moon lord.

By the time you fight it in the calamity mod, it had merely regrown its bones, regrown its brain, and regrew its eyes.

It wasn't finished healing when you inevitably put it down.

It wasn't finished healing from what the dryads did to it.

I met the Dryads beforehand, of course. All of them are super-hot with mere leaves covering their assets. I had to make a deal with them to get a few things I needed, they initially didn't trust me, but immediately caved when I showed off a couple seeds from the plants in my garden.

Anyways, I walk around the moon, collect some ore, Luminite, the stuff required to craft this joke blade, then went home.

All of this was after I had raided a crashed and buried discus shaped UFO for another part of the sword, of course.

Roughly three days until my first rating game- as the tournament itself has already started, I'm merely waiting for my match in the second half.

Three days to build my gift.

Three days to do some meager one on one training with the rest of my peerage.

That's easy.

I lay numerous blades on the anvil, demonic power floods my body as they lift from the anvil, I pull a black phoenix tear from my pocket and drip it on me, then continue with my creation.

It doesn't take long, within a minute a simple blade is grasped in my hand.

It is purplish in color with a green handguard with a reddish pink gem in the center, black lines trail down the length of the blade, coming to a point just before the end of the blade, the razor-sharp edges of the sword are silvery in color, with silver bands crossing over the length of the blade in a slight arrow pattern.

The Zenith.

It certainly looks tamer than the Meowmere.

But its ability is perhaps even more insane than launching Nyan cat's severed head at things...

I look to a mannequin at the edge of the room and slash the blade once.

A whirlwind of numerous swords fly throughout the room, circling me in a wide, oblong, oval pattern.

The hyper durable, magically enchanted, mannequin splits from hip to shoulder as the blades wink out of existence.

I let out a low hum as I look to the sword.

This will make a fairly powerful sacred gear, certainly more powerful than a low class one, even slightly more powerful than a medium class one...

Not a Longinus, certainly...

Not yet, at least.

With a little time, and numerous upgraded phoenix tears, a crystal is clutched in my hand.

The High tier- on the lower side of High Tier at the very least- sacred gear Terrarian Arsenal has been made.

Name pending.

I based it more or less off of a Blade Blacksmith and sword birth, yet instead of the normal creation rules of the medium tier sacred gears, this one can firstly, create any blade that was used in construction of the Zenith, and I'm talking basically every blade. The basic nonmagical copper short sword, the Star Wrath, Joke Cat Sword, and while it wasn't used in the 'creation' of the blade, it wouldn't make sense to not be able to conjure the Zenith, so it can do that as well.

The extent of this ability is actually pretty large. There were blades comprised of blades forged into this sword.

One piece, the Terra Blade, was comprised of the 'True' Excalibur which is merely on par with a stronger Excalibur fragment from here, and the 'True' night's edge, which is comprised of four lesser blades, the Blade of Grass, Muramasa, Fiery Greatsword, and the Light's Bane.

Each of those blades can be conjured easily.

While this sacred gear certainly shares numerous similarities with the demonic and holy sword creation sacred gears, there are numerous differences. First and foremost, it takes away the creativity of the two sacred gears, Terran Armory- a much better name now that I think about it- can only summon certain weapons. There is no 'adding' effects to created weapons, and there is no 'designing from scratch'. You pick a sword, and you summon it. This certainly gives the wielder some perks and some flaws, the swords made from Terran Arsenal actually cost considerably less to create than blade blacksmith or sword birth would for the same effect. In addition, some of the blades made by the arsenal are just in general more powerful than sword birth and blade blacksmith could ever be.

Another aspect of the gear, making it a cut above the rest, is the telekinetic control the gear grants the wielder over ALL of their created blades. That's the key feature of the gear.

Finally, a wielder of Terran Arsenal can 'attune' to blades and add them to said arsenal. Permanently absorbing the original blade, yet now being able to create endless copies.

When combined with a powerful sword smith like myself, this sacred gear MAY eventually even reach the level of a Longinus... it just depends on what I give the wielder in question.

"Well, I better go tell the group that I'm giving them a break for the next three days."

My walk through the mansion is swift, eventually I come to the room where my peerage is gathered, numerous sets of eyes glance over as I enter the room.

"Here we go again." Mittelt sighs.

"No." I smile with a small head shake. "Today I'm stopping our training."

A hushed muttering of confusion passes throughout the room.

"Huh?! That's bullshit!" Tyra snarls.

"I want each of you to be well rested for our first match in three days. It's our big debut into the political scene at large... however, I wouldn't say that all of our training is done, just the most intense part. I'll be spending a little time with each of you over the next few days to touch up on a few things... first and foremost, Weiss. Your powers. During training you have shown that your summoning ability has improved drastically, yet you lack variety. I plan to solve that today."

"Alright." The white haired girl nods slowly. "I presume we are going to return to Remnant so I can kill more grimm?"

"Correct." I confirm as I look across the group. "I'd personally like to get through all of these fairly quickly, so you can get to your free time, Neo, want me to drop you off at home?"

Her eyes light up and she nods repeatedly.

"Alright, let's go." I shrug as I turn and step out of the room, the two girls swiftly following behind.

**Linebreak**

"Well... uh... Gaius, when you said we were going to be killing grimm, I didn't expect... this..." The white haired girl behind me announces.

"Hm?" I hum with a small head tilt.

"Why are we going into a random cave like this?" The girl questions slowly.

"There's a mountain sized wyvern in Mountain Glenn, didn't you know?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.

"WH- what?! Then the city..."

"Was doomed to fail from the very start." I nod.

"Are you sure we should be meddling with it?" The regal girl asks.

"Oh? Nah. We're fine. You've gotten to ultimate class, remember. You could singlehandedly kill it if you really wanted." I announce as we dread deeper and deeper into the cavern. "Did you figure out your glyph grimm summoning during the last week like I suggested?"

"I did. It has increased in power much like the rest of my semblance. Everything I summon is far stronger than they would normally be, and I can increase their strengths further by adding elemental spells to them or by merely using more demonic power than needed."

"Hm. I wonder how you'd fare against Annihilation Maker." I wonder with a small smirk.

"The Longinus class sacred gear?" The Schnee used to be heiress questions.

"The one in the same." I affirm.

"I don't know how well I could hold my own against that." The girl frowns. "I don't exactly think my ability is something that can slay gods."

"You still have room to grow, you went from high class to ultimate class in a mere month."

All of my peerage has grown leaps and bounds this long month. Almost all of my peerage has reached ultimate class, barring Xenovia and Irina, the prior sitting at the height of high class while Irina is around the lower thirty percent or so.

Everyone else?

Ultimate class.

Even Weiss and Neo, though both of whom are merely low-ultimate class, as are Le Fay and Meredith... when Le Fay isn't bumping her demonic power up to Satan class and beyond with Excalibur Morgan.

Some new Satan class fighters have been born as well, Ingvild swiftly rose in power, as did Valerie, in a fight I'd say either of them would be comparable to Serafall.

They'd lose, of course, but you wouldn't put them side by side and find their gap in power hilarious or anything. There's still a gap, sure, but it isn't exactly a substantial one.

A pebble slips under Weiss' high heel and causes her to trip, I turn abruptly and catch her before she can fall, her face and arms press against my chest as I gently grab her shoulders.

"Careful. While we do have incredible night vision compared to a human, it isn't perfect." I state as a subtle flush crosses the noble girl's face.

She takes a single step back and swiftly regains her composure. "Hm. I suppose that this is true."

I turn and begin walking again. "So. It's never really come up, but... do you like being a devil?"

The white haired girl ponders silently for a few moments, her eyes locked onto the back of my head.

"I... do like it." She replies. "I like the freedom you have given me. I like the ability to grow stronger. Realistically I don't feel much different than when I was merely human. The ability to use the full potential of my semblance is nice, as is the life span and ease of maintaining my appearance. I used to require at least an hour to keep my hair prim and proper, but now it just seems to spring into place."

She holds up a hand, lightning briefly crackling between her fingers as her face is illuminated for a mere moment. "Demonic power has also been an incredible boon. All in all, I'd say that becoming your servant was well and truly worth it."

"Perhaps I could bring my family name into the supernatural Limelite as well. Instead of being merely 'that company with questionable labor laws', perhaps it could be the 'Schnee Clan of devils' instead." She smiles.

"Schnee clan... of devils... hm." I lowly hum.

"Is that an unbelievable goal?" The girl asks slowly.

"No, it's completely believable... it's just... you sort of sent me down the rabbit hole with a new idea, yet I've got like... several other ideas that I should really focus on and finish before starting something else." I smile over my shoulder briefly before I return to looking dead ahead. "Tch. Damn my indecisiveness-

I hold up a hand abruptly. "We are here."

The path before us continues on, but I quietly turn and face the nearby wall and walk towards it.

"The neck is right behind this wall."

With a wave of my hand, the earth moves aside as if it was mere water, it takes a moment for our eyes to adjust, but soon enough we see a wall of black scales beneath the earth.

"It really was a grimm." The girl gasps, bringing a hand to her mouth. "How has Vale survived this long?!"

"Who knows. It'll take a lot to wake this beast up. You'd need a city of at least the size of Vale to be in a blind panic to cause this thing to even stir, much less actually want to claw itself out of the mountain. The last time it was awake was probably when Glenn fell but the city itself was- in a grand scheme- sort of small compared to the four big cities, so all it did was probably spawn a couple of grimm in this mountain and went back to sleep."

"I predict that the next time it'll wake up... is in like five minutes if you fail to kill it in one shot." I announce as i place my hands on my hips.

"I don't think I could kill it in one shot even with the upgraded rapier you have given me." The girl mutters. "Are we truly about to put Vale at risk for my growth?"

"Pffft, you make it sound like I won't immediately cleave this thing in half if it even looks in the direction of Vale. But yes, your Rapier probably won't do the job, thus, I'll be giving you a temporary weapon to replace it."

With a flash, a red crystal rapier appears in my hand, it rapidly turns into red metal as I offer it to the girl.

She slowly takes the weapon. "What... is this?"

"Oh, it's my sacred gear. I don't use him much around you."

"Him?" The girl questions.

"Hello, Pawn of Decarabia." The rapier greets as the red gem in its hilt gleams.

The white haired girl flinches slightly before looking down at the gemstone. "uhh- hello, Ddraig, was it?"

"I am surprised you know that given your circumstances." The dragon notes.

"If I want to survive in an entirely new world, I must be studious. Most of the time that wasn't spent training in Gaius' phantasmal rating game was spent in the library. I spent my time finding out everything I could about sacred gears, clan traits, and the political standings of the races." The girl nods to the blade.

"Hm. I am impressed. Take this to heart, girl with an annoying hair color. If you continue on this path, someday there will be nothing you cannot accomplish."

The girl blinks owlishly down at the sacred gear, she appears genuinely surprised, a smile works its way onto her face as she bows her head slightly. "Thank you."

"Take heart. I will lend you my power today."

"Thank you, Welsh Dragon." The girl announces as she raises the blade, getting in a slight fencing stance.

"This is the base of the neck; you might be able to sever its spine if you slash deep enough." I suggest as I take a place behind the girl.

"Right." She nods.

[BOOST!]

"Mhhhn!" Weiss moans, her eyes glaze slightly as her legs quiver, her face flushes as she bites her lip, bringing her other hand up to her mouth.

"…"

she freezes, suddenly going very pale.

She slowly and robotically looks over her shoulder, eventually spying me look at her with a raised eyebrow.

"U-Uh- G-G-Gaius, y-you didn't hear that!" She declares.

"Damn, Weiss. I didn't know you were so lewd." I state with a smug grin. "Fuck. Now I'm a little turned on. Shame. Let's get on with this and forget this uncomfortable mess, yeah?"

"R-Right."

She clutches the rapier, lifting it slightly as she angles it to the left.

The blade flashes through the air, leaving a reddened arc that slips through the black wall.

[DEVASTATE!] the blade calls out abruptly.

Weiss is blasted backwards into me, roughly colliding with my body, she barely has time to spin, the boosted blade disappearing into motes of light, a massive crater is created just beyond where she slashed, but that barely has time to catch my attention, as a moment later the cavern collapses, we both fall backwards, my back striking the stone cave floor, Weiss landing on top of me, I hold my arms out, wrapping them loosely around the girl.

The rocky ceiling crashes down on us, but I don't falter, keeping the rubble off the two of us.

A moment passes, Weiss lets out a weak groan as she cracks open an eye.

Her body is pressed against mine, her lips interlocked with my own, I feel her warm breath on my face, as my erection slips under her skirt and prods at her slit through my pants and her panties,

Her light blue eyes widen considerably as she flinches back, she doesn't get far, barely more than an inch, her eyes dart around us in a slight panic as I slowly- and surprisedly blink.

She shakes for a moment and shifts slightly, inadvertently grinding her crotch on my tip for a second before freezing in shock.

I force the ceiling upwards and the walls outwards with my magic, then with a simple stone wall spell they are kept up.

Weiss sits up slowly, not even attempting to get off me as she sits there in silent shock, straddling my waist.

She stares blankly down at my chest, her hands shaking slightly.

"Weiss. I- uh... am sorry about that... I didn't mean for any of this to happen." I reach up slowly to shift her off me, but her hand grabs my wrist.

"Gaius." She suddenly whispers. "D-Don't move me, as if I get off, I don't know if I-I'll be able to build up the c-courage to say this... but."

She falls silent for a moment as she audibly swallows. "I-I believe it would be mutually beneficial for us to enter a courting relationship."

"Alright." I shrug.

"You will gain my body to do what you w- wait... you accepted just like that?!" She hisses quietly.

"Of course." I smile. "You are incredibly attractive, smart, powerful, you know how to run a corporation, and you have an agreeable personality which I could find myself easily loving when I open up my heart to you in that way. in addition, when the time comes, a unison between our bloodlines would produce a child with the potential of inheriting the Schnee semblance in addition to my Malthus and Decarabia clan traits. Courting you is an absolute win. What I am merely confused by is what you get out of this sort of arrangement."

She pauses for a moment as I sit up, I place my hands on her hips, causing the girl's blush to grow.

"Well, firstly, I'll get security. Not many people would dare insult or threaten the lover of a satan, and that is what you are aiming for with your recent rating game ploy, correct? To dethrone the undefeated champion of several decades and get your name out there?"

I nod once causing her to continue.

"In addition, you have numerous delectable foods, and are making a considerable profit by selling them. I feel as if I could truly create a powerful devil clan if I had even a fraction of your assets. My condition for this agreement is that you grant my eventual Schnee devil clan some of these production facilities."

"I see."

"Finally, you are... certainly very attractive, and your personality is agreeable, and while our relationship currently is very businesslike, I could find myself easily falling in love with you." The girl mutters as she shifts in my lap slightly, rubbing her legs together and loosely wrapping her arms around my shoulders, staring into my eyes with a fairly red face, I can feel her panties are quite wet.

"So we are in agreement, then? My support for the eventual Schnee family devil clan- when they somehow transform into devils, be it through you reincarnating them as your peerage, or through other means in exchange for your hand in marriage?"

"Yes." She slowly nods. "Those conditions sound agreeable."

And thus, a deal is struck between devils.

"Another benefit to this is that I am truly insulting my father. A mere twenty percent? Tch. With this deal I'm practically spitting in his eyes. I am now engaged to someone who could be considered a faunus, as something which could be considered a faunus... in addition, I alone found a deal where I'm not being pimped out for a discount on protection for a dying industry. To someone literally double my age." The girl states with low 'hmph'.

"You're still on the twenty percent thing? Wow you're petty." I huff in amusement. "Also, technically I am five hundred years old so I'm like more than twenty times your-"

"Someone who both is, and LOOKS more than twice my age." The girl restates.

"Ah. Alright. That's understandable."
