Nico Badge WIPs!! [Partially Colored + Lines] (Patreon)

Hey hey everybody!! I've been trying to balance personal artwork and Patreon catch-up tbh! I must've burnt myself out from catch-up, more than I thought ;; SO! I've been dwelling a lil bit into drawing a badge of my older OC Nico! I had sold him off but recently got him back in a trade!! <3

I used to have this cute lil secondary style back in the day (2019??) and I REALLY wanted to bring it back!! The last 3 drawings here are the older pieces I drew in this style! I really wanted to revamp it a bit so it used my newer techniques and was a bit more detailed. I'm planning on shading this with some half-tone brushes and making it really colorful n' fun!

1st image is the badge partially colored (I just need to do his clothes I think) and the 2nd image is just the lines!! Tbh the lines were originally the sketch. I didn't expect to have the lines be done with a sketchy pencil-like brush (it was supposed to be a cool kinda slightly textured brush but not sketchy) but I had spent so much time on the sketch (and I cleaned it up a lot) so I figured I could just use it as the lines too!! :0

I'm really excited for how this is going to turn out!! I'm hoping to open Patron-exclusive Experimental Commissions in this style soon!! They may be a bit pricey though cause JUST doing this Nico badge has taken me 3ish hours so far (and I haven't even gotten it fully colored lmao)!! Be prepared!

P.S. I will be working on the last Patreon Stickers today!! My goal is to get at least  one of the lined Stickers (September or October) colored in/finished today!! If I can't get both Stickers colored in today, I will continue to sketch out and possibly line November's design!! Still planning on getting expedited shipping ofc!
