Growth and Healing!! [Important Update] (Patreon)

Hello ya'll!

I wrote a lil sort-of update on my latest post but that was only posted for $10+ Patrons, so I wanted to make a more in-depth update for ALL Patrons to view/read!!

Life has been pretty hard for me as of lately...I have much to do for my mental/physical health + my part-time job. I've been trying to hang out with my partner a lot lately because I want to do things that make me happy and things I genuinely enjoy doing. However, drawing is something I truly enjoy and something that brings me comfort and happiness. I love the fact that my artwork makes other people happy and that it can inspire them to work on their own art pieces!! I'm also tired of making excuses every time for why I cannot draw, when I had planned to draw that day...

I know I've been lacking in creating content/art and I've been slowing down with posting. I'm working as hard as I can today and from now on to draw and post more often!! It'll be a slow and steady process, but I'm trying to take the necessary steps to help me feel better.

I thank you ALL for your patience and continued support throughout all of this. I lost a few Patrons at the beginning of this month and I completely understand why. I'm not hurt by the loss honestly, I'm more motivated than anything, to be creating more art and to post more. And I'm happy I still have you all supporting me!! <3

I've already done n' posted the May 2021 monthly Base today and I'll be posting the Poll for this months' Base ideas in a few minutes. I also plan to work on sketching out some owed art (I have one specific art trade piece I wish to start, as well as some outstanding commissions)!! I also plan on eventually working on some personal artwork because that always helps me feel better and more secure.

I've also been trying to think of ideas for things I can post exclusively to Patreon, to help make up for my inactivity and to thank you all for your patience, understanding, and support. One idea I had was to make a Pride-themed Base for ya'll! It would be posted for ALL Patrons. Usually Bases are posted only for $10+ Patrons, but I thought it wouldn't be fair to keep this Pride Base exclusive for just $10+ Patrons...everybody should feel included in Pride and they shouldn't be excluded from the Base just because they cannot pay $10/month!! I hope that's something that you will be looking forward to!

If you have any other ideas/suggestions for things I could do/post, feel free to comment below in this post with your ideas! <3 I'd love to hear them.

Anyways, I hope you all are excited for these changes. I'm going to work as hard as I can to make up for the lack of posts last month of May and doing what I can to get better, so I can BE better. Thank you so so much. I'm looking forward to creating more content/art for you and for me.
