Patreon-exlusive Merch?? [Asking for Input] (Patreon)

Hello everybody!! 

I've been thinking about my Patreon and how I wish to expand it more, to help better support myself as an artist!! I personally think offering Patreon-exlusive merchandise (stickers + mini prints specifically) would help me do that!!

Yes, I DID move from my older Patreon page to put an end to that but! I've been thinking about it and what I can do to make an easier and better experience for and for you, my Patrons and followers! <3 I wanted to make a public post on my Patreon page to gauge interest in this potential opportunity!!

I will be as transparent as possible and will explain my thought process in this, and what I intend to do to better this Patreon page and the merchandise Tiers (should I decide to go through with this)!! ^^ I will make my points below:

• I will have 2 Tiers for the merchandise Tiers: one for Domestic residents (within the USA) and one for International residents (outside of the USA)!! They will be different prices (see further below!) to  help with the more costly shipping rates for International residents!! Before, on my previous page, I had only 1 Tier for both Domestic and International Patrons and that really hurt me financially...!
• I will also be shipping the merch (Stickers + Mini Prints) in flat envelopes, to help with shipping costs. Before, I used my teal polymailers and although that made it more safer to ship (especially over-seas), it was definitely more costly and took a big chunk outta my payment I got through Patreon!! With the cost of shipping AND actually making the stickers/prints through a manufacturer (like StickerMule or StickerApp), I barely made any $$ through Patreon monthly ;; Of course, if you receive a damaged envelope or the merch inside is damaged, please please PLEASE let me know ASAP and I will replace your merch and re-send it.
• The Stickers + Mini Prints made for Patreon will be exclusive to Patrons (who are pledged to the merch Tiers) but if I have extras I will be listing them for sale on Etsy or even my Instagram!! For example, say I have 7 Patrons pledged to the sticker Tier!! And my sticker manufacturer requires a minimum quantity of 10 to order stickers! The leftovers will be available to the public (that's 3 stickers)!! I BELIEVE with StickerApp I can order whatever quantity I want, as long as it's above the Minimum Order Quantity of 10 (so it can be odd or even numbers instead of increments of 10)!!
• Sticker theme/design will be chosen by eligible Patrons (of the sticker Tier or higher) via Poll, posted in the middle of the previous month (for example, I would be making the Poll for March 2021 in the middle of February)!! This way, Patrons get to vote on their fav theme/design AND by posting the Poll early, I will be able to work on drawing up/finalizing the design for next month's sticker before that month starts!! 
• I will be setting up Reminders on my phone for myself, to help me remember when to post the sticker design Polls AND when to have the artwork for Patreon-exclusive merch done by! I plan on shipping out monthly merchandise Rewards within the first week of each month, so that you'll get them ASAP. I can't say for sure it'll be the 1st of each month because with my weird work schedule (at my part-time job) but it'll definitely be in the first week of the month!! ^^
• I will also be dividing my time between Patreon-exclusive Stickers and Commissions/owed artwork equally. Like I stated, I would really like to expand and grow my Patreon page so while I WILL open for Commissions from time to time, I will never take too many slots to a point where I cannot work on the monthly Stickers, etc. for my Patrons!! <3 Also, remember: $5+ Patrons get early access/first dibs on Commission slots, so whatever slots I will have available will be accessible to ya'll first!! 

If you read ALL of that, thank you so much!! I wanted to explain HOW I intend to work this out and make the experience better for everyone and in-depth too, so you all can be assured I will make Patreon-exclusive stickers + prints more professionally this time around! <3 Here's what I'm thinking for the different Reward Tier prices:

• $6 Sticker Club Tier (Domestic *within the USA*): By pledging to this Tier, you will receive x2 stickers (of the same design) monthly! Measuring about 3 inches tall/wide!
• $10 Sticker Club Tier (International *outside the USA*): Same as above, but for International residents (lol)!!

I will also make a Goal on my Patreon page where if we reach $150 I will add a monthly Mini Print, added in each Sticker Club Patron's package! It'll be a SWEET deal where you can get x2 Stickers AND a print (measuring 4 inches X 6 inches) in the mail every month, for $6 or $10 respectively!! <3

Here are the dates/times I will be making Reminders on my phone for certain things regarding the Patreon-exclusive Merch Tiers:

• The 10th of each month: I will be making the Poll for the next month's Sticker theme/design (and potentially, the Mini Print's, if we reach that goal) on the 10th of each month, so I have enough time to draw up the artwork for the merch (by the 15th)!
• The 15th of each month: I will have the next month's Sticker artwork done by this date!!
• The 1st of each month: Ship out that month's Patreon-exclusive Stickers!! Again, I can't say for sure it will be the 1st of every month BUT! I will make the Reminder for that day so even if I cannot get to it that specific day, I will have the Reminder on my phone to prompt me to ship them out that first week!! <3

Please let me know what you all think about this!! I will not make the Merch Reward Tiers till later this month (if I go through with this)! c: When I make the new Tiers, I would highly suggest not pledging or upgrading your current Tier till early March 2021 (the 2nd, 3rd, etc.) because if you pledge sometime in February not only will you be charged then (or charged the difference between Tiers), you WILL be charged AGAIN on March 1st!! I hope that makes sense! ^^'

I will post an Important Update post on Patreon (public) announcing the new Reward Tiers and explaining everything mentioned in this post there as well (probably shorter and sweeter though lol)!! <3 If I get enough positive feedback for this on this post (comment below!) in the next few days and I decide to go through with it, I will make the Poll for the March 2021 Stickers (but the Merch Tiers will NOT be made/public till late February/early March)! This way, I can get ya'll's votes on March's Sticker design but you won't be able to pledge to the new Tiers till March actually begins (I really really hope that makes sense lmao I'm really bad at explaining things)!! I think if I get to make the Poll February 10th (this Wednesday) and get March's Sticker artwork done, I'll be ahead of the game! ^^
