A new update for the Texture Toolbox is available.

Now built with MSVC2022 and Win11 SDK (needs VC++ 2022 Redistributables)
Fixes an import issue with non spec-conform TARGA files.
macOS Universal builds have been optimized.

Fixed bug in DDS Viewer that cleared the view after restoring the window.
