Update for the Texture Toolbox. Mostly bugfixes and improvements.

  • Fixed MipMap generator for CPU based encoders that caused export failures
  • Fixed CubeMap loader crash when trying to load a corrupted cubemap with correct header but broken payload.
  • Cubemap loader also supports BGRA pixel format.
  • Fixed inverted AO slider for FO76, BF4, MW 2019 and CoD WW2 texture conversions.
  • Fixed CoD MW:R Preview not updating on AO slider change
  • Last input and last save paths are now remembered separately.
  • Added Configuration file

forgive my ignorance but what is the texture toolbox for

It’s a tool to convert texture to Fallout 4 from regular PBR or other game engines. It can also batch resize and compress a whole directory of textures. Can be useful if a mod you use only offers 4K or even 8k textures, but 2k is all you need and better for performance. It’s also helpful for mod authors that want to compress textures but do not use photoshop and therefore cannot use the Intel DDS Plugin
