After posing as his sister Sarah's mom for a meeting with her biology teacher and being asked out on a date,  the young guy stuck in the body of a bottom heavy MILF eventually found himself knocked up by the biology teacher and running away with him. Jon/June settled down with her new baby and husband, reluctantly accepting this new life as a plump middle aged mother and wife. His trouble maker sister continued down her bad ways, not learning any lessons and continually finding herself in trouble to avoid any semblance of hard work. To teach her a lesson, their parents slipped some of the expensive transforming serum to Sarah, turning her from a tomboyish athlete into a delicate, stacked bimbo.

Some time later, the new mom June receives a visit from his former sister Sarah, who is now stuck having to work as a bubbly bimbo hooters waitress to save up for the much more expensive anti-serum to change back. Hoping to convince Jon to return home so their parents can buy the antiserum for them, Jon/June is furious at Sarah, nagging her like a mom would for her actions. June is now settled and content in her new life, refusing to go back and abandon her new family, suggesting Sarah accept her fate and do the same.
