As a young recently married couple considers starting the family, the fitness conscious wife is nervous about gaining weight and losing her hard earned figure in pregnancy. Trying to be a good husband, he comments that he wishes they could swap roles so that he would carry the baby for her. 

Unbeknownst to the husband, you should be careful what you wish for, as his wish suddenly becomes true! Though the transformation has other unintended side effects on their new bodies, as they prepare to start their family after all...
