Winning Idea submitted by anonymous, who suggested Robin (Batman) transformed into brainwashed busty copy of Harley Quinn by Joker 

Just started the new Harley Quinn show, and LOVED the designs and look, so I took some inspiration from there as well as the original animated series, but it's meant to be it's own thing, so think of it as taking place in the comics than any show or game. I wanted it be clear that it's Robin, so tried make sure the colors and elements of his costume are still in his/her new Harley outfit.
