After  acquiring a mysterious new performance enhancing elixir on the black market, Haru hopes it will make him tall and muscular and finally become the wrestling star he knows he should be. It seems to work at first, until it goes horribly wrong, transforming him into being a tall, powerful, thick and muscular... 40 year old woman.

Horrified, he struggles to adapt to his curvaceous but powerful new form, quickly realizing he will have to adapt his goals, finally becoming the top star he/she always dreamed of, just in a different way.
