A few months have passed since Peter was trapped in his Aunt May's body in an alternate universe, struggling to get used to his new gender and age, fighting crime with his new flowing curves, as well as being a married woman to Uncle Ben. Since his arrival, Peter has been rapidly putting on weight and ballooning in size in mysterious circumstances, making hero work difficult and quickly outgrowing his underwear and clothes.
