A petite and meek young woman who loves basketball is tired of her small frame and height getting in the way of playing the sport she loves. She decides to give the strange supplement drink "UltraGro" a try, which promise to increase her height and weight, with a slight "aging"side effect with each dose.

Seeing positive results at first, she unfortunately goes overboard with the amount of UltraGro she drinks, surpassing her intended size and physique and transforming into a massive, 14 foot tall strong but plump GILF that is no shape to play.
