So first of all, The Lost Expedition review is up on boardgamegeek and can be found here:

The Lost Expedition: My Anaconda Don't Want None if You Got Guns Hun.

And while playing/reviewing this game I really came to realise that it represents another way that the Hunt Phase for KDM could have been constructed. A tight, 30 min experience of moving along on a track while dealing with problems, difficulties and unexpected surprises. Honestly; I think if I was remotely still interested in making custom content for KDM, this is the item that I would tackle. It would probably need to be a lot less lethal than The Lost Expedition is however. Either way I think it's a game that would interest most KDM players.

In other business I seem to have ended up with a spare copy of Mage Knight: The Board Game plus the Krang Expansion and a copy of one of the Spiel De Jahres winner, Paleo (in German Language). I can't do giveaways via patreon any more due to the policy on the site, but if there is anyone within the EU who wants either of these two excellent games, please send me an offer (you'll have to cover shipping) via the messages system and we'll get it sorted. Sorry if you are not in the EU, but shipping outside of the EU at the moment has proven to be a nightmare.

Finally we come to the poll; I'm working on a Bloodbourne: The Board Game core game only experience review, but that takes a little time because there are 4 different hunters and 4 entire campaigns to play through before I can form a proper opinion on if this CMON game is worth picking up at retail. I'm not decided at this point either way. However; I wanted to open the floor to you guys to let you decide which other campaign 'miniatures on a board' game you wanted me to review while I juggle my way through Bloodbourne.

The games are (links in the title):

  • Paleo - a cooperative card based Survival/Crafting game for 1-4 players about being members of a tribe of humans in the Paleolithic era.
Comanauts - a cooperative 1-4 player story book game where the players are the titualar comanauts trying to fix the broken psyche of the one comatose man able to save the world.
  • Aftermath - a cooperative 1-4 player story book game a bit like Mice & Mystics, but where the players are all various rodents living/surviving in a world where humanity was wiped out.
  • Deep Madness - a cooperative 1-6 player scenario based "dungeon crawl" game where the players are members of an investigative team sent to a world where a deep sea mining facility has gone dark.

I've already done some prep-work on each one, so it's just a matter of getting an idea which is the most interesting for you all.

OK, so Poll is closed now and Deep Madness wins with 46% of the vote. As Aftermath got 29% of the vote I'll try and fit that one in next month or two.
