Denizens of the Tower! In East Rachdale, the heroes are starting their adventuring lives and visit East Rachdale to expand their network of contacts, make new friends, or get more jobs. Lady Marianne has an important task for them. The Festival of Tides is in one week but a team of saboteurs have been stealing decorations, scaring people, and putting the great celebration at risk. The heroes must explore the town, ask around, and meet the people in East Rachdale looking for clues. Each task or quest they do shall take one or more days to be done. Time is of the essence.  

This is an adventure where the heroes try to help the NPCs in town while at the same time obtaining the information they need to safeguard the upcoming festival. Will they discover who the culprits are before the day of the celebration?
