520 Crypt of the Penitents (Patreon)

Traveler! A foul religious organization hides a secret so evil that if it were to come out, it would shake the faith of most people and create political and religious turmoil. Only the higher-ups know about this but the characters may find themselves in a position to find out. An old crypt reserved for would-be saints and holy warriors is the source of despicable, undead knights that make incursions into the city to kill people. They appear to target those most closely related to the nefarious church but the reason eludes reasoning. The characters are tasked with the extermination of the undead abominations. But by doing so and exploring the ancient Crypt of the Penitents, the characters shall learn of the obscure secret that the high priests have spent so much to keep in the dark.

Here's a close-up of the main chamber where the wood goblins built a lift with forest raw materials. They are good with simple devices like pulleys and cranes:

Near the bottom of their lair, there is a large fungus garden where they grow all kinds of unique fungi from the Underworld. Many of them have strange properties when eaten.
