480 Glade of Dryads (Patreon)

Traveler! A mile-long tunnel under the road-inn leads to an idyllic, glowing glade in the forest where the laws of nature and the fabrics of reality blur and merge to create an aura of fantasy and impossible sights. This is the home of creatures that track their ancestry to the Woodlands. Dryads, satyrs, fairies, and other creatures live in this glade because of the dormant portal in the shallow pond water. The magical circle is a doorway to an ancient Woodlands' temple that is the key to open a magical gate to the ancient Woodlands plane. The dryads can share valuable information with the characters about one of their kind who fights to overcome her own nature and break the bond to her Father Tree. She is guilty of the disappearances.
