Hey Traveler, I have a strange story!

Romelu used to be an underworld criminal and sometimes hitman back in his younger days. A life of crime left him a sizable small fortune. Enough for a man to retire and live the rest of his life in peace. Romelu bought a property, opened an inn, and said goodbye to his days of wrongdoing. But like many in the business of the illicit say, every time he tries to get out, they pull him back in.

Romelu has tried to forget old grudges and pending debts but the underworld won't let him be. Now that he has a permanent location (his inn) criminals and gangs often hang around his place and make his life difficult just to remind him he has pending debts or to remind him that one or several factions would welcome his return, should he ever choose to do that.  Currently, a gang of misfits has taken over a few rooms in the inn and demand food. This has gone on for a few days. Romelu, now angry and fed up with the constant aggression, has decided to offer a bounty to the next group of valiant travelers that step through his door.
