Hello Denizens of the Tower. I waited a few days for the poll results to fill in. I've gotten 91 responses so far which is great! Here are the 7-8 locations to illustrate this month in order of popularity:

  • 1.- Ardennia, the capital.
  • 2.- Shrine of the Sun and Moon
  • 3.- Chromatic shrine
  • 4.- Eye of the West
  • 5.- Thornheads Hideout
  • 6.- Verdant Portal
  • 7.- Dracotia (city)
  • 8.- Fa'thang Ruins

Now I have a quick questions. Often in my PDF i include rules mechanics for traps or skill checks, also monsters from the D&D Monster Manual. Sometimes I do not, and keep it system neutral. What does the majority prefer I do for this resources?

I voted for both since I'm fine either way. D&D 5e is common enough to translate to another system if needed.

I'm using this for pathfinder/3.5 - doesn't seem it is easy to change 5E so rather keep it neutral

I had seven out of the eight. I am quite happy. A little sad for the lighthouse/tower where time stand still. But then again, it is up to us, DM's, to come up with a compelling story about it! :-)

2021-11-06 07:04:53 I always prefer System Neutral as the good habit of OPDC-style. But I am Ok with D&D as well. When converting to Dungeon World or FATE systems you can just skip all the D&D checks in the text. And for monsters you can create stats "on a fly" usually.
