Nothing Special

And here is explaining what issue I have with the audio Talking about problems or venting isn't the same as 'whining'. It is 100% ok to not feeling comfortable with sharing emotions but there is a difference between "I'm not comfortable doing this because I'm not used to it." and "I'm not sharing because I'm 'the strong one' and I have to deal with it myself". In relation both parts should support each other, be there for each other and should be able to share their worries and problems equally. The reason behind that behavior in this audio is not ok, it shouldn't be normalize because it's harmful for people like the speaker. Bottling emotions and dealing with them without any outside help is not healthy, it makes things worse, this feeling aren't going away just because we ignore them or pushing them aside. And that applies to everyone, men too! It is awful and toxic stereotype to assume that men can't show emotions, they have to be "the strong one" in relationships, that sharing makes them weak. All of it is a bullshit, not true, and it's incredibly sad 'cause I know there are many men (and people) that think like that. Sharing the thoughts, the problems and worries is enough to make person feel better. They does not need to be solved or deal with immediately. Getting it out of your system is purifying enough, it's dropping the weight of your shoulders, and it does NOT make you a burden or weak and surely does not counts as 'whining' I am so sorry if this came out as me being mean, I really am not. I really tried to be as calm as possible but this topic is serious. If it is considered a hate comment, I will remove it

A little harsh but you're right about this topic. To me, a crying man kinda cute and that's definitely fine. Comfort him is the thing I would do.

Kiya

No good at venting either. More good at hugging and comforting.
