Things have been changing a lot this year and I'm not really happy about it. And today's just been one of those days where nothing feels like it's going to go right. As a result, I've been mentally pushed to the point that I'm thinking of closing down commissions, even Patreon commissions for good.

Obviously, I'm going to be taking a lot of time to think to be sure this isn't just a spur of a bad moment decision. I want to make that clear, if this happens, it will not be a sudden change. It will be something that is worked up to.

But, because I'm feeling this way, I wanted to ask the question out of curiosity: Would you still support me/be a Patreon if I stopped doing commissions?

Say I no longer took standard commissions and limited Patreon commissions to 1-2 a month. Of course, I'd try to think of something to keep your support but I know not everyone is here simply to read my writing (especially when Patreon gets upset with half of the content I enjoy writing).

And let me say, I'm curious but I wouldn't hold it against anyone if they wouldn't continue supporting me. If I end up needing to make this kind of change, it would basically be closing up shop if the support wasn't still here.
