$10 Tier (Patreon)

Okay, I have added/changed the $10 tier for giveaways. It is strictly for those who would like a chance at a free story each month. Two people (who pledge $10 or more) will be selected each month on the 15th and won't be able to be selected for another two months to give others who pledge a chance to win as well.
