fun fact this 2 parter was the last thing David Tennant recorded as the 10th doctor during his run. A sad fact is the Brigadier was originally meant to be in this episode but unfortunately the actor suffered a stroke that prevented this.

I'm sure you see now why I told you to avoid spoilers and images about this episode. I remember when they announced David's Doctor being on this show, it was before series 3 had started and it was a big surpise. Much like you've said before, no one expected The Doctor to ever show up on this kids spin off show, so it was just awesome! It is a good story but not the best imo, if it wasn't for The Doctor being in it I wouldn't like it very much. But he brings it all together. It's my 6th favourite story of the show. My top 5 are the story with Sarah Jane's parents, the story with Eve the red alien from last week, series 4 episodes 5 and 6, series 4 episodes 7 and 8 and series 5 episodes 3 and 4. But this story was enjoyable overall. I love how Clyde is showing how smart and how confident he is now. I told you that you'd grow to love his character as he gets older and I'm so glad you have. I think he's brilliant. Also his little wink to Rani when he saw her in her bridesmaids dress was adorable. 😊 I look forward to next week, if I remember right it's a creepy story but good fun, reminds me of Hide from Doctor Who series 7 if you remember that, similar vibes for sure.

Oh, wow. I wonder if it was odd having the final thing he did as 10 (until the 50th, of course) be something that was different from what he had known (sets, cast, crew, etc.). That's sad about the actor. I'm glad they at least mentioned him in the episode. That was nice.

Yeah, it wasn't as much of a shock as it would've been if we didn't have that shot of him in the TARDIS in the previous story, but it was still a fun surprise. Clyde really has grown into a great character and I definitely found myself getting a little defensive when Luke was seemingly (likely unintentionally lol) flirting with Rani. Like, no! She and Clyde are supposed to be together! lol Also, just a little reminder to please not mention anything about future episodes. I do prefer to go into them with as little information as possible. So, I would really prefer to not know ahead of time that they're sad or creepy. Thanks! :)

Yeah the shot of him in the TARDIS in the previous episode does spoil it slightly. I wish they hadn't have done that. But you did say that you didn't know when The Doctor was going to show up so it was sort of still a suprise. With Luke, I don't think it was a flirty thing. I think he was just taken back by how beautiful she looked but in a "wow my friend's stunning" sort of way rather than in a romantic way. Because yeah, Clyde and Rani are this show's will they/wont they thing. Luke can stay out of it. 😂 And ok, I apologize. I didn't think that talking about the tone of the next episode would count as a spoiler. But I understand and won't hint about stuff like that again. 👍
