It's not the best, but I do always enjoy the Paternoster Gang, so really that's what I was here for, and that's it. Mrs Gillyflower is most known to reactor from Game of Thrones (which I haven't seen), Dame Diana Rigg. She's most famous overall for The Avengers (not Marvel, British TV show from the 60's). The actress who plays her daughter is actually her real life daughter, and I believe the only thing they've been in together. Sadly Dame Rigg died fairly recently in 2020.

This is a completely strange episode, which just doesn't feel right. However, if you look upon it as an Alternative Victorian Era story (in the same vein as The Next Doctor) it's actually quite alright. It feels as though it's paying homage to the Gothic (or Sensation) storytelling of that time (Frankenstein; the works of LeFanu etc),of which Gatis is a huge fan; rather than being specifically 'Who-ish'. In that regard, it's quite entertaining...but it's not something I have much of a hankering to rewatch :)
