Terrific reaction! There were so many emotional beats in this one. The scene in the cafe with Ten and Wilf always ruins me. Bernard Cribbins is an absolute treasure. John Simm is back as the Master, with dozens of costume changes. At least he only had to stand around and laugh for a few seconds each time. And Donna's starting to remember, there's a lot to keep up with.

This episode is 90% naval gazing, and 10% plot (and not particularly good plot, either - that Father/Daughter stuff strikes me as being oddly creepy!) Nonetheless, you have to LOVE the Cafe scene between 10 and Wilf - imo, one of the greatest scenes in 10's era; and possibly of the whole revived show. The final cliffhanger (disregarding the embarrassing Master-race stuff) came as a complete surprise to me on first viewing and had me punching the air. Time Lords; Gallifrey; Timothy Dalton?? Bring them on!
