I like this episode, I actually really like that there's no monster or aliens, just bad humans. And it's put together so well, the way it's shot, the tension etc. It's like a perfect little horror movie. One note for the villagers - OK, be cannibals if that's your thing but maybe have some hygiene standards?! I saw a lot of random chunks of meat in some very unsanitary situations. As for the series as a whole, if you're still enjoying it as this stage my guess is that you'll enjoy it throughout. It is different later on but if anything S1 (and S2) are the ones people find most uneven. And from my person point of view, from here to the end of S1 there's a run of either good or very good episodes!

I must admit - this one is really gripping. Never have I been so pleased to see Captain Jack coming to the rescue :D Not an easy watch; but entertaining!
