"I think Brooke may be my favorite in the show" That is like how most One Tree Hill fans feel. A good portion of One Tree Hill fans favorite characters tend to be Brooke or Nathan. I won't spoil any storylines but they are the two characters who have the best character development in the show. My top 3 favorite characters are Haley, Nathan, and Brooke. You are right this episode was predictable but at the same time you are also right you can't predict what is going to happen next. I think some things that happen in the remaining episodes this season are predictable but others things that happen aren't predictable. By the way Larry is the name of Peyton's dad.

Thank you for his name! I must have said it to myself at least four times while editing this in hopes that it would actually stick in my brain. lol Nathan and Brooke have definitely already had the best character development so far and it's only the first season. So, I'm curious to see how that continues in future seasons. :)

This is one of my favorite episodes in the entire series, I love the different "couples" that hang out maybe a little less often than others do that we got to see in this episode. I thought Lucas was an ass with his reaction about Nathan and Peyton kissing, he knew it was in the rule (even though, I agree that that rule is weird, did Deb technically owe Tim a kiss then? Eww. ) Also, it's not like Haley's tattoo is that bad, it's just a number and it's also tiny. If I remember correctly it's actually a real tattoo that Joy had and actually has nothing to do with Nathan in reality haha! Brooke's revelation actually really shocked me the first time around, what gave it away for you? Or did you just mean the way that specific scene was shot gave it away?

I did like the pairing of couples. With Haley/Lucas and Nathan/Peyton, there was a little bit of a nostalgia factor that was nice (which seems odd to say considering it's still technically only the first season lol). I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought his reaction to the kiss was ridiculous. YES!!! That tattoo is easy to hide and would be so easy to cover up later if she regretted it. It's not like, say, a giant Mandarin character on her upper arm or anything. lol Oh, it was completely the way the scene was shot. The tension build-up and the close-up shot of her face made it seem like bad/shocking news was coming. But, it popped in my head only a split-second before she said it. I didn't even remotely think that before that moment.

The pairings were great! The kiss reaction was beyond ridiculous, don't worry. I'm loving the shade you're throwing at Lucas over the giant Mandarin character!!! Okay then, yeah, the scene was pushing the enveloppe heavily!
