Love the work here. Your point about the 3 doors is spot on. I didn’t make that change, but my players picked up on it and used as a reference. “We came from the murder door, now do we head towards tyranny or death?” I wish I had thought of that beforehand! Very interested to see what you do in the Jaquaying section. My players are still in the dungeon and I took my own stab at it. Excited to compare.

Awesome stuff. This is a great style write-up because things like the lore I can just reference a "fixed" copy directly, but story beats are easy to adapt and take ideas from. I'm just about to start with the refugees on the road variant but also grabbing the Tarina as a PC idea since we have one player who can't join first session. Reading all these updates eagerly!
