It’s interesting how they become taller. Why does that happen? Is it the fact that these aren’t normal pregnancies and have an extra trimester?

Getting taller is actually a symptom that happens during pregnancy. Although it's often quite rare and not as exaggerated. The pregnant lady sometimes can get taller, but a tiny amount like (I think) half an inch tops. Since we're going all in in size and milk, why not add that one symptom too and make it more oomph. Plus size difference is always a yes
