Whenever you draw floral or jewelery objects, try to begin with simplifying it's shape. In example lilly of the valley: if I started with more precise lines in the begining, small flowers would not be the same size according to each other. I'd loose proportions so in the begining I focus on keeping proportions only and I don't care that much of it's shape.
