A new brawler / beat em up mode patch!

I updated the brawler mode to use the map file format + added stage selection (meaning custom brawler stages is now possible). Plus whatever new features that were implemented since the previous brawler mode patch. (Been so long since the last brawler mode patch!)

There were also other internal changes, most notably this screen is now different for brawler mode. It now uses the map file format for background, so it is a real 3D scene rather than a static 2D picture. This is made in anticipation of walking around / talking to NPC mechanic in the future.

I plan to do a lot more for brawler/versus mode. On the shortlist is the implementation of leveling up and stat bonuses for both games. The other main one is that I want to start giving player control of their own party in which they can recruit/kick/customize party members rather than being stuck with the same 8 default characters.

Changelog:

  • Added stage selection for brawler mode (only 1 stage atm tho)
  • Knockout restore time in brawler mode to 10 sec from 5 sec 
  • Grab time multiplier on player team in brawler mode is now x0.5 (from x0.6)
  • Grab time multiplier on enemy team is now x1.0 (from x0.6)
  • Grab attempt nerf: Can now no longer grab units that is attacking/using ability
  • Changed Bria's basic attack chain to use the Iron Mike's rather than the slow jabs
  • Fixed character keeps sliding when ending grab-carry while moving 
  • Fixed carrying (dragging) 1 size larger opponent not working properly

I keep getting a "dump file" error when I load into the stage after character selection. Any input? Or am I doing something wrong?

Probably need to delete the old savefile at %appdata%/roaming/enlit3d/CATC_demo/save_brawler.sav
