Unit assignment ready! (Patreon)

The unit assignment system is done! With this, players can assign their units to a base facility for various effects. To start off, there will be only 2 in the next patch: "Comfort" in "Own Room" and "Practice" in the new "Virtual Training Center." "Comfort" can restore unit Resolve, but only has 1 slot. "Virtual Training Center" gives passive experience gain, at cost of credits for up to 3 units per turn.

The background is just a static image for now, but I do have plans to make it a real interactive scene. So for example, if you assign a unit to the "Virtual Training Center," then you will see that unit sitting on the chair and getting the practice. That is definitely something for future though and beyond the scope of this patch.

With the base assignment system done, unit recruitment/rescuing becomes the next priority. I do have plans for that, so stay tuned!
