update on tiers (Patreon)

I will likely be adding some pricier "premium" teirs for access to pics with many variants that shall remain exclusive to my patreon soon, as well, I MIGHT change the sketch perks tier to an ordinary tip jar teir, as all it and it's other tiers are right now are commission incentives/discounts, I'll have to brainstorm on what the higher tiers are tho
