Rise Update (Stage 2) (Patreon)

Hey guys, sorry for taking a bit longer to get this out than promised.

Additions:

-Added Stage 2 anim for all positions

-Fixed some bug where the incorrect starting sprite would be used for CG position

The initial pronebone has some anatomical oddities, which I tried to correct for the stage 2 version. I will try to add these renovations to the original when I resume work on Rise and add some additional compatibility that was requested. I will have DMed the update to all the applicable patrons shortly after this post goes live, let me know if I missed you.
