tl;dr update 10/04

The next thing i've spent a lot of time on is working on adding new functionality to brian, and all-around touching some aspects up.

A lot of this functionality is more behind the scenes, So i'll focus on the more visual stuff first. Some of this stuff is still being worked on, and isn't final.

First and foremost, I redid the doggy animation. It's not a massie change, but I think we can agree that it's a bit more fluid and proportional, with brian's mass (especially the thighs) remaining pretty consistent throughout instead of vanishing like in the old version. Overall, it's a little less aggressive than the older animation, mostly because I think a more subdued type of motion is better for cross compatibility.


First off is the start to a nerf on Brian's clothes beam. No longer will he arbitrarily flip between wearing pants sometimes and having them gone in others! Now, he will actually remove them during the intro like a normal plebian.

Borrowing from TOBF's Norimaro, Brian now has slightly different alternate animations for doggystyle. Right now I only have one for the lowest speed, which is basically the same animaton except 50% longer. This is important, because it will let me add a few more frames if I want for more detailed animations.

Two features that have been requested alot is a more visual indicator of victim struggling,  and being able to attack background characters that hang around certain fighters (Like Sakura and the girl who appears in her intros) so I went and tried implementing struggle enhancement first. It actually wasn't very hard, but at the moment it's just cosmetic.

Finally I added code for slightly different idle states for Brian based on the animation speed. This is probably going to be by and larg unoticeable with the lack of facial expression and other  tells, so my next obstacle is figuring out how to make it more apparent.

Besides these additions, there are a slew of other new additions I  have made:

-Removing the flickering bug when transparency was toggled

-Added functionality for character cut-ins

- overly complicated tweaks to stun gauge/orgasm mechanics

It's pretty crazy how this all came about from trying to make a better Es groping animation. Feature Creep is something else.

Anyway, Brian is pretty much the lynchpin to the Es and Cammy update, which also is partly why there has been such a long delay, but it's almost ready for a release. I have two midterms this week, so I will 100% be releasing this by 10/4.

After that ,  think we will do another bout of character nominations, which will give me some time to get back to actually finishing some SOR2 stuff and tweaking Erika Furudo
