Brian + Wagner Update (Patreon)

Add butt grope move to brian, and give Wagner compatbility for the move.

I want to add varations to it, like spanking/fingering, and add a cutin so you can see the face, but I should finish Wagner's basic compat for the normal baomaru moves first.
