Marie Doggy Update (Patreon)

So this is almost done, just need a few tweaks and I'll have another low-res super fan anim to finish, and then the revised yuri that ohgaki helped with. 

I should finish this up by tomorrow, and I'll post the character up when I do so.  Even though there's barely any compat, in the future someone might want to have more functionality added, so might as well make her available now
