Modern Warfare 3 Mythbusters & More (Patreon)

Hello all you wonderful people, as Joe mentioned in his MW3/Zombies update we are obviously going to be doing lots of Modern Warfare 3 videos going forward. 

First and foremost, another reminder to join our Discord if you haven't already. Patreon supporters get priority access to recordings and we'll be doing plenty more community sessions - the first of which is this Sunday November 12!

So yeah, with Modern Warfare 2 we sort of fell off the bandwagon really early for a variety of reasons and we will not be doing that with MW3. Call of Duty videos are our bread and butter now and the biggest source of views for us and with MW2 we were kind of pushing against that and we realize now that was the wrong decision. We're committed to improving our standing with the unholy and silly Youtube Algorithm which means a lot of content coming. 

Our first video will be live on Monday and full disclosure, it's unlikely you'll get much early access to this one just because we need to it out soon and only just finished 5 hours of recording stuff in it today. But it'll be fun and something a bit different, not Mythbusters, but in the same vein and reminiscent of some of our dumber MW2 experiments, like when we got a turret on a recon drone. And I think it'll be setting the tone for what we want to do with MW3 beyond standard Mythbusters videos.

More frequent and smaller, but still high quality videos is the goal with MW3. The bigger projects will continue and Zombies isn't planned to slow down at all since that's Joe's area. MW3 is basically the Jamison Video Factory. 

We're committing to a regular upload schedule of twice a week, Mondays and Fridays, and so by the time we get to Friday's video (likely Vol. 1 of Mythbusters), it'll be back to the usual routine of about a day of early access to stuff for you all. 

Deleted Scenes will also make a comeback since that really only exists when we're doing Call of Duty things. For those that are new here, Deleted Scenes is a Patreon exclusive series that comes and goes depending on what we've been up to. It's essentially leftovers and bloopers that didn't make it into a public video. Deleted Scenes won't be on any sort of monthly schedule the way it was back in the day, I'll just put them together when I feel there's enough stuff for something worthwhile. 

All in all, we spent the last year embracing an experimental vibe and it was fun but ultimately detrimental to the channel as a whole from an algorithmic perspective. But that's ok, we learned a lot of valuable lessons and have a very clear idea of how to try and improve our standings with Youtube while maintaining the things that are important to us and to you. I'm excited about the MW3 plan and hope you enjoy wherever the journey takes us.
