The Future of Angelarium Minis (Patreon)

Hey there, here's an update on this wing of the Angelarium project.

After I shared the Raziel mini here on Patreon I had to stop and reassess how I planned on moving forward with these. I love making them and I believe that there is a market for them, but that first piece was a minor failure. Thankfully, the support I get here on Patreon allows me to make failures on this scale comfortably.

The plan going forward is to actually triple down on minis. I am commissioning 10 sculpts at a much higher quality and larger size than before. This is being facilitated through a collaboration with someone who runs a minis company. He's been helping connect me with better talent and help art direct the process of developing these. So far we're about 15% done with the collection. The first complete model is Simikiel.

I'll be sharing finished models here with you because you support me each month, but I'm not going to be selling any of them until I have a complete collection that's ready to launch. The current plan is to launch it via Kickstarter in the first half of next year.

Of all the things I'm juggling, this one is by far the easiest. Thanks to my collaborator, I need only to provide a few emails and a big sack of cash in order to see this thing to completion. It's been really fun so far and I look forward to sharing more soon.
