Sorry for the long delay since the last piece. I took my very first ever vacation and my time away from work was dramatically extended by an illness I aquired while away. I'm all better and scrambling to get work finished.

This is a piece I've wanted to make for a while now, but I've been waiting until  I completed a certain quantity of solo Seraph pieces first. Rather than making a new portrait of an angel, I want to reveal more about the world they live in.

This is the Mortal Shores and looking out over it is the House of Azrael. Within these hallowed walls, he's worked as the architect for the body of man, assembling seven handfuls of earth with the salt water that washes up to his doorstep.

We see Azrael here in a much more modest state with his wings down and many of his arms within his robes. He's a faithful worker first and foremost, so it's important to me that we get to see him like this.

For $10 patrons, there is a video in the dropbox that show the painting process up to this point.

Glad you're feeling better! I am very stoked for these environments you're starting.
