Remiel, Revisited - (Value Phase) (Patreon)

I'm still kind of in shock from finally delivering on the bulk of my Kickstarter. We had a grueling two week push to get all the packages in the mail. Two friends from up north came down to help, and without them I'm not sure if I would have been able to get back to work on art any time this month or next. We managed to ship over 2000 boxes of books!

Honestly, the experience has me humbled. So, I might as well put my feelings down on paper.

Remiel is bowing its head toward a setting sun. It is seated just on the other side of a threshold. I'm only seeing the relevance of this description now, days after first drawing this image. Most of the time when I'm drawing from my emotions, I don't realize the ways in which the images tie back to my feelings until I reflect on them later.
