Hey Patrons,This month has been among the most challenging to date.A lot built up to Dragoncon, right at the start of the month. It basically knocked a 2 week chunk out of my schedule between prep, travel, operating the booth, travel again and then sickness. My assistant Julie came with me and we poured all our effort into totally blowing it out as an event. Things went amazing and there is a chance that I met you there.Coming into this month already behind on tutorial content and shipping turned into a huge mess. We ended up almost a full month behind on shipping, despite the fact that Julie was in studio about twice as often. We had just switched to printing all our LE prints in house on a fancy new 12 color large format printer when this all got crazy and we just sorted out some important lessons about sourcing paper, inks and software.As of last Friday, we are mostly caught up on all Patreon reward shipping as well as anything that people purchased from the store. We're also finally getting books in house this week and we're getting a bunch of those shipped out.I've prioritized finishing artwork over other important tasks like formatting images and shipping card packs. With the art side of things finally caught up, I'm doubling back to make sure all the other stuff I promised gets delivered.With NYCC coming up really really soon, it's important to me that I get everything caught up so that I don't fall insurmountably behind. Being beholden to you has made me work even harder on this project and I'm very glad for it, even when I'm being crushed by the stress of it.Thanks for sticking with me while times are tougher.
