For starters, Please do not cap your monthly pledge. Many of you have made pledges with a monthly cap equal to your individual pledge and that's about to cause a problem.

I scheduled Barbiel, Angel of Scorpio to be be posted on the last hour of the of month, right before the payments for Patreon process. However, it appears something went wrong and no one was charged in September.

Assuming that Patreon is not able to retroactively charge the people who were subscribed on that date, I'll have to create another paid post immediately. That means everyone who is subscribed in October will be charged twice in September to make up for the missing payment. Aside of the obvious issue that some people have added or dropped since then, here's the main issues.

1. About $2000 worth of pledges won't be charged because many of you capped your monthly pledges at once per month.

2. Some members who signed up for last month's LE or Legacy prints (Scorpio and Stars) may not get last month's prints. That will happen if you dropped your pledge after the month ended or if you capped your pledge.

3. Anyone who signed up for this month's LE or Legacy prints (Sagittarius and Night) will be charged for last month's prints too. You'll get a double batch of prints, but you can get a refund for half of them if that's not something you want.

Until the the next payment processes, we have no idea who paid for what. That means there are likely to be no rewards shipping until the first week of November.

TL;DR - Due to confusing quirks of Patreon's payment system, September prints are shipping 1 month late and Angelarium is about to lose $2000 to people capping pledges.

This sucks but at least it primarily sucks for me. You guys aren't going to get stuck paying for something that never arrives. There will just be a little confusion and delay.

"Many of you have made pledges with a monthly cap equal to your individual pledge and that's about to cause a problem." If I'm reading things correctly, for those of us already set to have more than one pledge a month should be fine for helping you get this rectified, correct? Also, echoing Jenny's first comment "How can we as a community help?", what can we do beyond having October set up for two pledges?

Hey Pete. One of the other people I support had what seems like the same issue (posted a paid post but somehow it didn't charge for September) and support seemed like they were able to retroactively charge for the September post. Don't know if that will fall afoul of the caps, but worth a try.

Setting the cap for 2 pledges should be default because I sometimes post twice in a month. This glitch is just surfacing the fact that many people have capped it at lower than that. For $1 and $2 subscribers, that's less of a concern, but when physical rewards are supposed to be tied to these things, it gets weird. I appreciate the help that you are already providing. Please just stay in touch in case we're supposed to be delivering things that don't get delivered, or if you are charged for something you don't want.
