Everything that's coming for the June version of OldSunset (Patreon)

OldSunset is coming with a new face! There are so many new lots and possibilities to explore this month! Starting with one of my favorite lots. Somewhat challenging, by the way. OldSunset's quasi-modern art museum has stunning infrastructure! 

I wanted to create a museum that would really encourage me to visit it. I'm an active and agitated Player, I've never visited museums in The Sims because it doesn't make sense to me. Stroll around, see more of the same, look at art on the wall... How to make it interesting? It was the question I asked myself over the course of 5 days. 

And the answer is clear: Make the museum a learning center! More than art, I want to bring my Sims to participate in activities that help them develop their creative talents and other skills. In addition, I wanted to ensure that landmark events could be held in the infrastructure.

Then this is the perfect place for you to check out exclusive OldSunset artwork, as well as:

-Learn logical skill
-Develop scientific talents Or just relax and enjoy the great outdoors.

In addition of course to perform wedding ceremonies in the back. Likewise, when I started creating the first arcade bowling alley (of my life) for OldSunset, I wanted to make sure there was activity for all ages. 

From children to the elderly. And well, this is definitely one of the hottest spots you've ever seen in OldSunset! With a bar, bowling alley, tables both inside and outside, a stage for presentations, sofas and of course an arcade... This lot also has card games, pool and shuffleboard. Besides, of course, Karaoke and Foosball. Your Sims have never had so much fun on one batch. You bet!

Filled with neon, it's impossible not to notice this lot in the bay of OldSunset, in front of the beach and so close to the gym.

But man does not live by partying and art alone. We also needed to give our horses a place to call their own. And that's why I created an almost hidden ranch in the middle of the OldSunset countryside. 

Buildings and nature blend majestically, giving this ranch a sweet and pleasant touch, where your horses can learn new skills and stay connected to mother nature.

Speaking of nature, almost everything that is born tends to die. And our Sims are unfortunately not eternal (mine are, because they stay alive). For that I created the most fabulous cemetery I could. 

To ensure that Sims departing OldSunset will be remembered unforgettable. Here you can hold funerals, but you can also appreciate and recognize the existence of every little soul that has departed. This cemetery was made so that each of the departed remain comfortable with their destinies. The area around the cemetery has a few chess tables and a large platform at the back to honor the lives of those who have passed away.

However, that's not all. There were several apartments in the OldSunset urban area with no interior. The lots had been placed and distributed to give us an idea of what the center would look like, but now, all RESIDENTIAL buildings have an interior. This means that when you move into any of the buildings you can rent furnished or completely empty apartments. In fact, there is a structure and design designed for each type of apartment. What, it's wonderful!! This is just an example:

That said, it's important to remember that several lots have received minor improvements. Several texture flaws were fixed, some objects were replaced and other almost invisible points on the map were worked.

Of course, there is still a little time left to add another residential lot option. I did my best to make it accessible to a small family. I hope I got it Hahah if not, maybe I need to apply for a loan from the city hall before moving to the city. I wish good luck!

There are two more art collections coming with this new update, depicting the beauties of Willow Creek and Mount Komorebi. But as far as ideas for the future are concerned, you can look forward to canvases that depict the beauty of many other corners of The Sims 4. There's still more to come.
