this is the uniform for the librarians, i haven't come up with a cool name for it yet, but it keeps files on all soldiers and cases, along with general information.

a lot of the literature is magical in a sense, its up to the librarians to read reports and translate them to these magical books and organize them

they often assists in cases, although librarians are low ranking they hold a lot of power, they have the right to deny information depending on situations. the more classified the information the more clearance is required.
