Small Change To Reward Pack System + Bust Request (Patreon)

An announcement! Though this update barely affects current patrons, please read it anyway since I'm offering a freebie pack for old patrons.

I have decided to switch to Subscription Billing, which means new patrons will be billed on the same day as the one they joined every month from now on. This change does not affect anyone who joined before today; you will continue to be billed on the 1st of each month.

Following this change I'm making an adjustment to the Reward Pack system. 

Previously, the pledge you made on the 1st of each month was the payment for the PREVIOUS month's reward packs. This meant that if you pledged on Oct 1st, but deleted your pledge on Oct 15, you would not receive October reward packs on Nov 1st.

From now on, the pledge you make at any time during the present month, will be the payment for that same month's reward packs. So pledging at any time during the month of October will get you October reward packs (and as a bonus, you will receive the previous month's reward packs as well upon sign up).

This change is to account for any new patrons who will sign up after today who will no longer be billed together with everyone on the 1st of each month.

Reward Packs will still be sent on the first days of each month though, this isn't changing. This means if you pledge on October and delete your sub sometime on the same month, you'll still receive October rewards on November 1st.

Bust Request Change

This change to subscription billing is gonna mess up the Bust Request system since people will be charged at different times from now on. To work around this, Bust Request reminders will be sent at two times during the month, depending on WHEN your payment goes through. This change is a little harder to explain so if you are a Plump Ham patron you can check out my FAQ for a table detailing the time-frames. 

An additional important change is that you will have to fill out the request form within 15 days of receiving it from now on. This will take effect starting today for any new Plump Ham patrons. However, if your pledge went through on Oct 1st, you will still have until the end of this month to submit your request. 

Pack Freebie

I realize that the change to the Reward Pack System will mean that new patrons will now receive two packs for the price of one on their first month, so I'd like to offer a free pack upon request to all patrons who subbed before this October. You'll get all the rewards available to your current tier for the month of your choosing.

TL;DR: 

• New patrons will be billed on the same day they joined going forward.
• Your monthly pledge will now get you that same month's reward packs. Ex. If you pledge on Oct 8, you will get Oct Rewards on Nov 1st, even if you delete your pledge on Oct 28.
